12 The Seasons, New London, NH 03257 | Was: $669,000, Now: $648,500 | MLS# 5011605
Surely, there will be many happy family gatherings in our area during the holidays. Perhaps some folks are considering down-sizing and moving closer to family. This lovely Seasons unit might be perfect!
This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit at The Seasons has a wonderful setting overlooking the first fairway while also being tucked into a very private corner within sight of the first green. Both the deck and covered porch take advantage of this private spot where no other units are in view. Inside, a number of skylights and windows fill the living areas with sunshine and light. The kitchen is designed for both cooking and entertainment, as it opens to the dining area, leading to the living room. With a primary bedroom on the first floor, you can live entirely on this level and still have two extra bedrooms and a bath for family and friends to visit. The Seasons has so much to offer and is a wonderful option if you are perhaps considering down-sizing but also relinquishing those tiresome chores which accompany owning your own home (and perhaps want to spend more time on the golf course?). Note, The Seasons does have a buy-in fee.

Always Giving Back...
Our Team’s success has made it possible for us to contribute annually to the continuing efforts of over 35 local non-profits, both large and small. All are organizations which greatly enhance our communities, life experiences, and quality of life. In addition, a portion of each commission earned is given to the Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice and the Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust. Each provide invaluable services and opportunities to the communities we serve. A number of us also commit to volunteer personal time as well.
