The Gallery of Gifts is back at the Library Arts Center in Newport, NH! Every holiday season the gallery is turned into an exhibit. This exhibit showcases a variety of local artists and crafters, allowing the public to find unique and personal gifts for the holiday. All items are locally handmade, from New Hampshire or Vermont, or by someone who has a distinct connection to the area. There is no entry fee to visit the exhibit. The exhibit is open until December 23rd.
This is an important annual fundraiser for the Library Arts Center, as they are a non-profit organization. The items are sold with a 30% commission to the Library Arts Center and the artists set all of their own prices, knowing there is a fee.

PI Day. It’s not what you think!
March 14th – or 3.14 – is called PI Day because the date mirrors the mathematical quantity of PI – 3.14150… representing the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.
In honor of PI Day, The Milestone Team of Realtors hopes you enjoy this Old-Fashioned Apple Pie Recipe from our friends at Better Homes and Gardens. We also invite you to share photos of your pie with us!
