How much is my home worth? 

This question is the most important asked of The Milestone Team Realtors. The answer is not as simple as “the neighbor’s house sold for X” or “I want to sell it for Y.” You want your home priced right – from the start. Too low, buyers will think “something is wrong.” Too high, buyers will be deterred – and your home may sit on the market for too long, also raising the “something is wrong” concern.
